BlackBerry 2012-design chief says phones are "charming, funny and bizarre"
Todd Wood, RIM's senior vice president of industrial design teased the BlackBerry handsets next year, described her as "charming, quirky and funny." Although the last two words are not closely related to BB devices of the past, but the production will certainly be on the charm offensive after the failure last month. In an interview with Pocket-Lint, the wood-explained how this year affected the supply of Bellagio in Italy. Like the "fretted" Keyboard - - on phones like the Bold 9930 and the little known, Bold 9790 This is obviously the style inspired licks. Next year models, probably come with a software update in the form of BBX will of the ideas into a design workshop in Malmo, Sweden to be used instead.
Although we can not imagine seeing a Nordic wood-encased Bold, nor the disappearance of the talismanic RIM keyboard, hopefully the change in design focus brings a bit of structure and flavor the next throw dice BB smartphone.
